What is Mediation?
01 October 2025
Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution method in which parties resolve a dispute without going to court, with the help of a neutral third party (the mediator).
Core Principles of Mediation
Voluntariness: Parties participate of their own free will and may withdraw at any time.
Confidentiality: Information shared during sessions cannot be disclosed to third parties.
Impartiality: The mediator is neutral and does not favour either party.
Speed: Concluded much faster compared to court proceedings.
